We highly value your privacy and make this policy easily available throughout our site to assist you in understanding the handling of information in the course of using this site. We are GDPR compliant (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data

ProMedia Group (Service Provider for the Child in the City Conference) uses personal data of users and delegates of our events to serve them with relevant news and content of our magazines and the organisation of our events. In every mass e-mail, you can unsubscribe via the ‘unsubcribe’ or ‘email preference’ link in the footer of that email. This data is accessible for ProMedia Group employees.

Privacy policy

This User Agreement and Privacy Policy governs each website, mobile site, application, and/or other service, regardless of how distributed, transmitted, published, or broadcast (each, a “Service”) provided by ProMedia Group, its parent, subsidiaries and/or affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that links to this User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which is binding on all those who access, visit and/or use the Service, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity, including you and all persons, entities, or digital engines of any kind that harvest, crawl, index, scrape, spider, or mine digital content by an automated or manual process or otherwise (collectively, “you” or “your”).

It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google and Facebook, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the ProMedia websites. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Deletion of personal data

If you wish us to delete your personal data, please send in a request to our privacy officer via bart.pals@promedia.nl. If you are not active on emails that are sent through are system for three years, your data will be automatically removed.
